Our Customer Onboarding team is happy to connect with Customers to activate their SWTCH chargers. Please follow the steps below to get your chargers online!

Complete the EV Charger Onboarding Form

Complete our EV Charger Onboarding Form to provide the necessary account information and charger setup preferences. Designed for property owners and managers, this form ensures we have everything needed to set up your account and configure your chargers correctly.

Network Services Order Form

Once the EV Charger Onboarding form is submitted, the onboarding team will process the details and generate a Network Services Order Form to be sent for signature. The Network Services Order form ensures that SWTCH is recognized as the service provider and that the property consents to our presence within the building.

 

SWTCH cannot activate a charger without a valid Network Services Order Form in place.
