Available on both iPhone and Android, the SWTCH mobile app provides EV drivers one convenient place to quickly start and stop charging sessions, with a payment center that stores a history of all your transactions and receipts for easy access.
For maximum convenience, request a complimentary RFID charge card through the SWTCH app – providing tap-and-go charging at most SWTCH EV charging stations.
We’ve integrated with the leading Smart Building apps to make the experience for property managers and their electric vehicle drivers as seamless as possible. If you’re having a hard time getting strong cell reception, you can request a complimentary SWTCH Charge Card (see below) – allowing you to tap any available SWTCH charger to start charging. You may also initiate the charging session as soon as you re-establish your cell connection (ie. you don’t have to be standing next to the charger to initiate the session).
SWTCH operates on a wallet system where a minimum $10 is added if your wallet balance falls below zero. The rate to charge varies by location as determined by the owner – you can find out the price of a specific charger by searching by charger ID on the mobile or web app.
Check to make sure the charging cable is securely connected to your vehicle, and make sure your charging schedule is disabled.
